Within the municipality's mandatory fare zones, the fare is calculated using the official taximeter (based on the standard tariff). It comprises the base fee, the distance traveled, and any waiting time. For long-distance trips or airport transfers outside the tariff zone, we are happy to agree on a fixed price in advance.
We offer flexible payment options. We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and contactless payments via Apple Pay or PayPal.
No, the tip is not included in the fare. If you were satisfied with the service and the ride, the driver would appreciate a voluntary tip (around 10% of the fare is customary).
Standard luggage and hand luggage are transported free of charge, subject to available trunk space. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have very bulky items (e.g., ski equipment or bicycles).
Yes, the safety of our young passengers is important to us. Please provide the child's age and approximate weight when booking so that we can bring the appropriate booster seat or child seat.
Yes, we recommend booking well in advance (at least 24 hours ahead)—either online or by phone—especially for important trips, such as those to the train station or airport.
